use two cards of the same cost in a row to draw another card of the same cost from your deck, however this card will be a hotcard so you're forced to commit the new card or lose it

since the newly acquired card was from your deck, you won't be able to draw it back again nor profane it. Meaning that you are using your cards faster so in the long run there is a disadvantage.

obviously hotcards wouldnt give you anything! Greed cards are not obtainable
