Making private matches a little cooler with perks

Hey, I would love to see the possibility to give perks to players even in private matches, but manage by the host. Like, even giving perks to BFFs could be possible, it's just "this player has 0-1-2-3 perks" and the host can select

Sometimes it's hard to balance teams in Private matches even if we can switch teams

That is a good idea. The host could choose if the perks would be given due to rank difference of highest, manualy (host can choose) or disable it
