I've unalived myself at least 20 times infront of him and checked his dialogue after each one and they all stay the same, his stance doesnt change either

This is the last quest in the game besides "Hell High" which i've already competed, I've also restarted the game and my console because i'm on PS5

The PS5 version was updated to 1.002 on December 11th, but it seems that there is still no improvement.
The development team hopes this bug will be fixed soon.
