Love this game but currently stuck partway through the Radio Silence Quest - I've gotten on the boat and reached the point where Laika is discovered and i have to open the gate for the boat to progress. The doors are both open but I can't get off the bike or interact with the boat captain at all. I tried reloading and the boat captain is now frozen in his animation working with the rope on the other side of the boat like how I found him at the start of the area. opening/shutting the gates doesn't do anything, neither does killing all the birds or resetting with a death, and I can't interact with the boat captain or teleport away from this spot at all.

You need to shoot specifically the top left wheel for some reason, the completion trigger is not actually killing the birds at all

You're welcome, strictly speaking I think the other wheels are supposed to be disabled though, probably

Like quite a lot of wheels are disabled until you've shot the one you're intended to shoot first because it's in some challenging corridor or whatever but these don't do that for some reason

So essentially if any dev wants a takeaway from this, disabling the other wheels until the quest flag is hit would be good indeed to make it more clear
