||I found Lheys corpse, retrieved her diary and returned to the troubled father, and after the short dialogue I shot him dead, yet the quest remains unfinished/stuck in the "Go back to Lhey's father" as the goal, despite that I already did that and Lhey is now dead||

Quest now shows as completed after I entered a different area.
