For the past couple months now I can never find a match online, my firewall does not seem to be doing anything, I can play private matches perfectly fine, but any region no matter what I will never connect to a match. Any advice for a fix would be appreciated.

Have you been able to queue with others? Were you playing fine before? And have you tried playing with firewall disabled? What region are you from? Might also be worth grabbing your playerlog from %appdata%\locallow\brainwash gang\friends vs friends
