If you try to rebind the card select it doesnt do next card or previous card, rather it skips all the way to the last card in the deck or the first, if you dont have it bound to "2" then you can select the middle card but thats it

I lost like 12 games because I couldn't select my cards and its the most frustrating thing ever
apologies for the off putting wording but its a simple setting that doesnt work and hasnt worked for awhile
I remember when I first installed the game I wanted to reverse the card scroll so I switched my scrollwheel binds and it didnt work back then either
