teleporting explosive ?

i dont know how, but the kaboomer shot a bomb across the map, it exploded, and killed my teammate right next to me. what could have caused that ?

i've had something similar happen to me on the same map, might be map specific.

Yeah seen it a few times too, explosives on rooftop are WEIRD
