#Cannot get a game - UK

Hey, I've been loving watching and playing the game with friends, but when I try to get on quickplay I can't get a game at all! the counter just counts up to 5 minutes and kicks me out!
I have level / skill based matchmaking unticked, i've tried both unticked and ticked to no avail.
I've tried mainly on Europe servers, but I've switched between that, us east, and a couple others and also got 5 minute kicked out.
The servers section seems to say that it'll auto switch region for you after too long of searching with none found, but I haven't had any games so idk.
Any help? Thanks. Would really love to play this game! (This has been happening since i got the game, im only lvl 2 never got to play lolol, 14th and 16th today no mm.)

yeh there MUST be something wrong in matchmaking im having the same issue for quite some time and even when i search 1v1 match at same time with friends we are both in q for 5 minutes even as we should find a game, since we both searching

ahh I just thought of that idea to try :/ odd no way to play it lol

if it's any help the first time I played this game it was 2v2 in a private lobby on us east servers, I didnt goto quickplay or anything, and all I did was try to sort my deck a little before that

According to Devs I have many vac bans on my account so I was placed in a separate MM Queue.
(Never heard of that in a game but ig!)
