Friends in Hub

It would be fun for social reasons

also add some fun little interactable in the hub world. like clicking a car making it honk briefly, or clicking the rocket ride and you see it activate or something. eating a burger in the resturant... a door that opens and close to the secret shop and gunrange. little stuff like that.
