I have build a number motors and four that used rocker arms had issues with a shortage of rocker arms in the order. Everything else in the order arrived it appears to be only rocker arms are effected.

were you sure your inventory wasn't full when you went to pick up your order. I know I had that issue a couple of times with the limited inventory size if you're tearing down an engine it fills up fast. and if you pick up orders and don't have the room some items will remain behind in the delivery spot.

Nope, I kept an eye on it. I don't know if it was the order did not pick up the 12 and only listed one or the shipping only sent one or two. Either way the number was off.
