I took a job working on a Katagiri Tamago. One of the tasks was to fix the rear bumper( Rear Bumper B). When I installed it back on the car and tried to finish the job, it said Car is Incomplete. There is Rear Licence plate missing. The problem is, i can't see a place to mount the rear licence plate.

You're gonna need to go to car editor and move the rear plate.

the normal bumper works just fine though

Because it's not the same shape.
If the config was designed for the normal bumper then the plate will be underneath the "tuned" bumper.
Probably what happened is whoever made it copied a config that was made from the base car. Then they changed it for bumper B, but forgot to adjust the rear plate to fit on it.

went in the editor and pulled the licence plate outside the bumper

Just make sure you save it before exiting and you should be good to go.

Thanks for the help man, the car editor didn't work, or maybe the problem is I am inept at using it, but I did some more digging and changed the licence plate location directly in the config file on my PC, and now it works.

All car editor does is change the config. So if manually changing it works, then car editor would've done it. Probably just inexperience, like you said.
