Game is laggy and sensitivity feels as if mouse acceleration is on

The game itslef isnt too laggy but it the sensitvy keeps becoming really hgihj randomlyt and makes me look in random locations hwen looking around, I can try and provide clips if needed

also mouse accelartion is off, my drivers are updated and my graphics are at the lowest

There are the Nvidia settings, where you can set the refresh rate to 30 in the 3D settings for CMS. 60 is also possible, but 30 is fine, then the GPU doesn't have to work so hard.
