Every week or two there should be rewards for the top people on the leaderboard, I feel like it might get people to grind more

Yes, like a season thing, the higher you are on the leaderboard the more cubes you get, but let the top 100 still get a small amount. Top 3 should get an exclusive cosmetic.

And make the seasonal leaderboards reset once the rewards are given away but make one leaderboard stay forever
