ive been having issues with keeping my controller connected to the game. windows recognizes that its plugged in but the game refuses to allow me to use my controller specifically after the level is loaded, this occurs in practice mode, after goals in online matches, and when you first join a match. sometimes ill be able to use my controller for a couple seconds and then im forced into a certain direction forever until i unplug the controller.
small chance its because im on windows 10 still lol, plz let me know if its something on my end but this has been a recurring thing for months now and with multiple controllers used

Hi! A goal being scored in online matches does not switch out the level. Windows 10 might be a cause since it's no longer supported by most software. One thing you could try is to enable/disable Steam Input for the game which changes how the game receives controller input

I have a slightly different problem, instead of my controller disconnecting everytime the ''level'' is loaded my controller disconnects most of the time when i reconnect. I use a PS4 DualShock 4 gamepad. (My controller has no issue connecting when i launch the game for the first time after i connected the controller)
