I agree it’s a playerbase issue. Unfortunately hockey is still relatively niche compared to the other big three sports, so naturally hockey games will be equally as niche.

Best we could do is hope it comes to other platforms one day, but that could create even more potential connection issues, especially with stuff like crossplay.

If the player count was like, 100 at its least busiest in the middle of the night for N.A. East, then it ought to be viable.

The servers might not like that many people on that consistently though.

yeah im surprised they havent really gone to other consoles. maybe im wrong and they have tried to go but i havent seen or heard anything about it

Its a very small team, they have to use a ton just to keep the current servers running

Unless you want Epic Games owning and ruining the game, I would say we have it pretty good at the moment
