Putting my feedback here too: Thanks for the writeup. My biggest gripe with it is that leaving does not mean they're a bad player. I realise how taking elo away can be seen as a punishment, but you're also punishing the players in that lower elo range by putting a much better person in there who happened to leave a couple matches.

not trying to be combative, real question: isn't this exactly what already happens with the current system with legends backfilling in lower elo games? understand it's a tough balance and you don't want to punish their teammates, but just feels to me like everyone is punished **but **the leaver
