Warm up mode

• A custom lobby setting that allows players to free skate.
• Restricts players to their team's half of the rink.
• No stats get recorded and no time limit.
• When disabled, pulls everyone back to the lobby menu.

Would let people get a feel for latency prior to competitive games. Would also make for a very cool broadcaster bit with @fluid leaf's rinkside camera angle.
