As far as Im aware that isn’t in the filter. Also that word is a heavy insult regardless (imo it is used way too frequently) so I don’t think even if it was the reason thered be a good case from your side.
If its your first mute you said (a variation of) a slur that gets filtered out.

As pointed out before in this thread you can still be toxic using quick chat so we can't allow it. Most players probably wouldn't use it that way but because some would, we can't allow anyone.

I know that games don't want toxic players, but not being able to communicate hurts the non-toxic ones. However, it may be a good idea to allow the muted players to utilize the quick chats that are unable to be toxic like "clearing, crash the net, defending, etc" It allows the players to communicate only what is important in the game, and still doesnt allow them to be toxic. \

there also comes issues of the quickchats being customizable and would require some kind of secondary system to revert muted players to specific chats, then they'd likely still find a way to be a nuisance with whatever quickchats are available

but pretty much, don't get muted and none of this will be an issue, it really isn't hard, the arcade ice hockey game isn't the right place for that kinda shit
