When I click quick play then go into training, there have been a few times where the klaxon has sounded as I'm joining the training, which automatically kicks me out of the game I was joining. Now I've been banned for matchmaking because it kicks me out the game.

It happened to me before, but it's pretty rare (for me) and I didn't get banned and didn't hear the horn. I just didn't join the match and went back to the lobby.
