Re-adjust Elo Loss

Every single time I get q'd with silvers against plats I loose a proportionally large amount of Elo, please adjust this so everytime i get teamates I literally cant play with as a team I'm not penalized as much. I feel like loosing 13-14 elo per game I play with people who cant even hit a puck that's standing still is really unfair, that or institute rank limits, Id rather sit in q for more time than be forced to play with silvers whenever I solo q

Imo the elo gain/loss should be the same for the whole team, as in average out the elo loss/gain and distribute it equally to each player. Because it’s a team game.

Instead of a silver gaining 20 for doing nothing and the legend gaining 0.8, they’d gain the same amount because they have an equal chance at winning/losing as they are on the same team.

It is not

Each player on the team gains/loses elo individually which sucks because it’s a team game

The only exception to this should be the new account bonus elo you gain/lose but apart from that it should be equal

still based on who is "favored" to win or lose to determine # of elo
