If for example: A RED player dashes into a BLUE player, the BLUE player will have their DIZZINESS meter drained or the amount they can spin is lowered until recharge.

Example 2: If a RED player dashes into a BLUE player but the BLUE player is holding the STOP bind, the effects are given to the RED player

I think it would be a new tech that has a fair bit of balance, but will only happen if the player DASHES, not being hit with a stick or such

Not turning the game into a bump fest tornado spin more then it is.

high level play is constant movement and doing that would pretty much ruin high level play and then buff controllers even more

dashing into a player wouldnt make them stop it would say half the bar of dizziness

the problem with is that if were to be implemented the amount of times you get dashed into per game would make dangles impossible
