It's actually quite simple. In a guild, you choose a goal and ask for resource donations.

I'm not talking about goals like: 300k gold, 10000 gems (maybe in the future). I'm talking about donations of books, drops, and such. One request per day, wisely choosing what you'll ask guild members for.

And when you arrive, the players who more helped you, will win rewards, like guild shards (That blue thing I forgot the name)
