I think some more ama with some ideas of progression for end game players. We are losing a lot of longtime members , not due to the game being bad or the community being toxic but due to nothing left to compete for . Most of the awards are community based like agm but a title to fight for would be nice or some other way to show that end game players are valued. We can’t afford to lose those core players that hold the guilds together . We need them more then ever now , so some open communication into what they value would be nice .

I’ll agree with this.

Although the lack of any core development to bring something actually new into the fold is what has me not as interested to keep going.

@umbral copper I think an ama with the og players so they can vent about what they want to get implemented is needed

I’m a new player to this game , but an old hat to mobile games and just don’t want to see this one end up like others a ghost town , too many great players have left feeling unheard. Just hoping they will listen to them

And it’s not so much what a certain player base wants as what a certain group needs to help keep the game healthy

Development has already slowed down noticeably for the game, so it’s not clear how this would help. It seems like a decision has been made to do minimal additional investment, so not sure how helpful it is for a bunch of old knighthood addicts to yell at an empty dev room.

Possibly related- what is up with the seafaring theme for the new event? When they polled at the beginning of the year “dragons” and “outer space” dominated the responses, with “underwater” clocking in at 3%.

Just reinforcing that they are, in fact, not interested in anything that their player base cares about.

Thanks for sharing these points. I completely understand the concerns around end-game motivation and the feeling that there should be something meaningful to chase.

Just to redirect expectations a bit, everything continues to follow what was shared in the last AMA. Nothing has changed since then. As we mentioned there, the steps we’re taking now are focused on optimising the existing systems and events first. This is essential if we want to create enough buffer and stability to eventually introduce new things without breaking what already works. That part hasn’t changed, and it’s still very much the plan.

Regarding end-game progression specifically, we’re not committing to any features or timelines, but your feedback is important. Understanding what long-term players value helps us keep the discussion grounded, and we’ll continue listening to where the community sees the biggest gaps.

About the theme: this was simply an early question to gather a general feel. It wasn’t a binding announcement. “Pirates, seafaring” was one of the valid options in the poll, so we just wanted to understand what the community thought about it and overall what themes were more interesting in your perspective.

I know the pace can sometimes feel slower, but we’re still aligned with the direction discussed during the AMA. Nothing is being abandoned, and your continued input genuinely helps us prioritise in the right direction.

Cheers!

War. Tools for the most engaging and collaborative event in the game, as well as rewards update in terms of value and versatility, as it seems most wars are a miss in terms of rewards (e.g. during the current war, why compete for the Legendary Heroic Chest node that drops 1 every 22 hours when you can compete for the Legendary Dust node that effectively drops 3 every 4 hours).

Also, will we have a celestial-dragons-in-space event in the years to come based on that poll, and when could we squeeze that event in the ever-tighter event schedule?
