It's not news that the current guild war setup is a joke. Many people or even entire guilds have zero desire to participate. I suggest making guild wars optional and also selecting how many members will participate. So 10v10, 15v15, 20v20 or 25v25. Bigger rewards for bigger groups. This way members in a guild that want to participate can be matched up against a guild with the same number of members that want to participate. But it doesn't force a guild with 10 active guild war players to try to compete against a guild with 25 active members.

Hi Blkntz! this is an interesting idea, would make it possible for guilds to have a better mix of competitive and casual players, and that could definitely be a good thing
