Because I'm tired of seeing everyone hate on Midoki for things that aren't their fault
This was briefly mentioned by Isabel I think - but if possible, please make it so that there is a different message displayed rather than the "Maintenance" message for when there are random server outages.

Yep, immediate maintenance without a warning timer are sudden crashes that Midoki typically don't have a choice in.

Genuinely asking...is it not possible to get more or better servers? I'm pretty sure it is which would still make it Midoki's fault because they have access to player statistics, log in times, guild war participation rates etc. They should have an informed view of when to expect player spikes, and what their servers are capable of handling.
