This great idea occurred to me today while I was pondering on how to achieve goal of pulling a wizards beard from the Customisation Chests. I have been trying for 3+ years with no success.

So here’s my suggestion. The sheer number of possible drops from Customisation chests is incredibly vast (I believe it’s the highest drop variance of all chests) and actually getting something you want outside of sheer luck is almost impossible.

Can we introduce some kind of golden ticket system that lets you pick a specific customisation item you want from a chest without being at mercy of RnG.

How to acquire said golden ticket is something that Midoki could decide. It could be a super rare drop from the customisation chests themselves. Or maybe you can get it if you open say 100 chests at once or some other method (premium reward track maybe).

This is something many veterans and newer players alike would surely covet and could help us the add that extra personal touch to our knights.

YES 100%. There are systems like this in other games as well, giving you a blanket choice to select the item you want (for me its the loose bun), while not diminishing the effects of customization chests

This might be the only way you can make me buy those style redux chest, the only way stopping me to buy style redux chest is there’s no pity system, if at least they can let me pick one item after opening X amount of chests is more business friendly as well
