I started playing the game just a month after her event. I've opened around 160 unique shard chests since then, and I've seen 0 Krita shards. There are only 17 unique heroes yet no pulls in 160 tries. Gatekeeping a hero and at the same time including them at the pool of potential pulls is just bad taste. Either make her accessible to newer people, or just tell us straight up that we can't have her and that the game punishes newer players.

what i mean by the post is that since her drop rate is virtually 0, players that started playing after her event don't have access to her unless the stars allign and they open her from a regular hero chest. Idk if placing her in DoD will fix the issue, if the drop rate is the same as in the chests then we won't see her there either.

DOD has its own RNG, so it would help, but doesn’t fix the underlying issue of her absence in the hero chests

We suffer from same issue. 1.5 years playing, dominating every war and get shards. 0 krita shards. Agreed. 💯

I finally got my first drop for 13 shards in the latest war, took 220 unique heroic chests in total
