there is a lot of work behind every update and new content and many things can go wrong.
Speaking by my work experience i can say that whenever something has been implemented there has always been something that went wrong.
In the specific case of Dark portal, MDK gave us a time frame, as they did with the previous update.
they might not be able to always deploy updates/contents on the same day as planned but that doesnt mean it will never be deployed, just slightly delayed.
They have also stated many times that anything can happen and hence they cant provide definitive timeline.
That said, i am also an impatient player and id like things done yesterday. BUT i do also understand the huge workload behind every little change they implement.
Its better to have few disappointed/angry players over a whole community because deadline has not been met. (remember what happened when there has been maintenance just before GW reset? We dont want that.)
