Over the years, many of us have probably dismantled capes, only to (deeply!) regret it later. Event capes in particular. With weapons and armour this isn’t so bad as you can still craft skins if you once owned them, but not so for capes. My suggestion is to allow players to repurchase capes (gold / gems ?) that we once owned. Even if the cost to repurchase was higher than the gold we got for dismantling them, I’m sure many players would still be grateful for the opportunity.
Same is true for gear from old events (original Dark Tor, anyone??) that we dismantled before levelling fully, as the only way to get them again is from the retro event cosmetic chests, even if you once already owned them … 😭
