Why not to do collaboration with other games? I think it will be a good move to attract new players.
For example Dead Cells. Make the main character as a new hero and justify lore with a collision of worlds or something else. And put a new hero in Hero's challenges. Or if you don't want to make a hero, make a costume, which you can get in shop (BY GEMS!! Not 60$ pack) or by hard quests, but not with new battle pass.
