We've always been laughing when getting these minion charms in rift, because nobody really played a minion set. Except that now there have been great displays of what can be achieved with some minions in arena, and possibly in guild wars.
The problem, currently, is that if you invest in a minion set, as soon as your minions are dead you're basically useless. It might be interesting to bring a hero that can resurrect your minions (or randomly one of your minions), and not necessarily to full life/armour, that way you'd really have to go all in with this idea and either also bring either a minion that can heal your minions or a hero that will heal your minions, so that you can hope to achieve something with your minions.
