I don't have that problem - I'm using Verizon roaming. The ticketmaster app won't show me UK tickets (afaict), but I can visit the mobile web page with that network (ticketmaster.co.uk, not ticketmaster.com). That page has the tickets.

Also, if it shows up when your phone is connected to wifi, you can always "add to google wallet", which is what I did over moile data to be safe
