I can relate pretty hard to this situation since I also have to deal with a parent who has gaslit me and my siblings several times in the past. I know that the situation differs for every person and this isn't really a situation that can easily be resolved. For me personally, I've had to just find ways to cope with the stress that comes with their behavior and find other ways to resolve those pent up feelings, whether it's through ranting about it with my siblings so that I know that I'm not the only one having to suffer through the same predicament or just trying to take my mind off things by partaking in hobbies

but if you really want to make an effort to try and resolve the situation and get her to open her eyes, there really is no other choice but to try to get her to sit down 1 on 1 with you to talk things out, preferably when you guys are not in a heated state cause that'll just make the convo really hard to have if that makes any sense
thanks for the advice! i’ll take it into consideration :))
cooler heads prevail and trying to talk it out when you're both mad is honestly gonna get the convo no where (as I've learned in the past, literally just becomes a shouting match and nothing happens)
it's a struggle we have to live with but I hope you're able to find peace with it or at least be able to fix things, all the best ❤️
thanks a lot <333
im sorry about your mother.
pathalogical lying or compulsive lying is a serious matter because depending on the type of lies, it can seriously hurt someone or make them feel like they are being used.
however i wonder if she knows she is lying or does she truely believe in what she says.
human beings are the only animals that forms ideas with our minds,
because of this, we must agree on what is real and true, otherwise we’d go mad.
what she believes to be real (maybe taught wrong or unknown information) could be different from what you believe is real.
not sure if that helps, what kind of things does she say? just inform her about why its wrong or false or try to understand why she believes in what she says.
