Adding onto that: doing activities she would hate or didn't want you to do can be a good short-term spite trick for a temporary boost! It might help for the long-term to remember that it's okay to take a while to move on. You have to get out of the mental habit of expecting that person around (Hey youuuuuuuuuuu), and breaking habits takes literal time and freeing yourself from that person's leftover influence.
Also, it's important to accept that some days you won't remember her at all and other days she might be all you think about. That's okay, it doesn't mean you are moving backwards. It just means your brain needs a little more time to noodle.
