I think as far as dem campaigns go hers was pretty good, I've talked about having issues with some aspects of it here but my issues with it are often paired with the messaging issue the dems have overall

Well... just as a reference, the highest amount any party has ever spent in one election year in Germany (that statistic is slightly skewed because it also includes state elections happening in the same year as a national election in the budget, so it's even less than that for said national election) was around 80M in 2009 and ever since then the highest was around 60M

So yeah, there's really no excuse for the US to blow as much money as they do on campaigns, but hey, if it buys you direct access to the president (Hi Mr. definitely not relishing corruption Musk)
