Regarding NaVi, especially if you keep all 4 players because they are a pretty strong core, but putting in a 5th who doesnt speak russian, that will not work unless they give the lineup 2 years

But that doesn't make sense, Krimbo and hyped are not in the ESL Meisterschaft roster and were fielded in as substitutes, like demanded in the rulebook
