Dalcom has a system that there are two divisions in the playerbase, so we named them Earth and Eden

Earth people cannot log in with Eden people and vice versa

But Earth people can log in with other Earth people, likewise with Eden

basically:

every account upon creation gets put into one of two divisions, people within a certain division can only meet people in the same division in their weekly league. not an officially recognised thing by dalcom, but something players have noticed and established

the names of the divisions for this game was decided through a poll in ssrgcord
