I don’t know who is on the sinner rate up banner so I can’t advise on that, but I’d suggest skipping the new heathcliff since he was likely meant to work with the new sanity system that was added in June 1st update but that got reverted to the old system the day after because it sucked
New yi sang that’s coming out in like a couple hours seems good on paper but we don’t know his coin power yet so we can’t say for sure how good he’s going to be
Kurokumo rodion is decent but not that great, rosepanner workshop is the best id for her for the time being

It matters if you bring less than 5 sinners against abnormalities since then if you bring 4 for example the first sinner will have 2 actions after the first turn
