It's pretty good, substat is CR and it's got 3 effects, none of which require on-field:

1. ATK +20% after E/skill hits opponents
2. ATK +20% when taking damage, stacks with (1)
3. Max HP +32% when not shielded

#3 only really benefits Dori and Beidou, but it's an overall pretty good claymore

This recent banner isn't very good for longer-term players but it is so very good for beginners esp because you're getting 5* Razor and Dehya doesn't yet have a perfect 4* equivalent

actually, i wonder how that would work. beidou is technically not shielded when she's off-field, so the damage increase would ideally only really apply to her onfield E and her off-field Q - unless they base the "shielding" off of the active character?

and yes ok she's not a dps but she doesn't do anything special to keep your team alive either
she just makes everyone die a bit slower
