Just open a youtube video that explains how to turn on safe boot. It's really not that difficult. And the bios is really not any more scary than the settings menu in your phone that has a bunch of on off switches for options. Except in the bios you have to specifically confirm the changes you want to make before you leave so it's even an extra layer of safety to prevent you from messing up
