My main issue with FF15 was that I couldn't read shit (on PS4). The text was tiny and both the text and the minimap blended into the bg so much that they were unreadable and entirely useless

And since it's kinda hard to play a FF without being able to read shit I never even got past the first area, game just been collecting dust

Since they booted nomura out and decided to change everything last minute
You can see how weird the development was when after kicking nomura they released two demos and both had different combat systems than the one first shown on the trailer

Just a very wacky development

Lots of stuff were cut out too so they could make a movie and dlc

Nomura also doesn't help himself planning a lot of sequels and being overly ambitious

FF15 was okay nothing too great tho, I keep wondering how good it could have been if it still was the Versus XIII version

But it had some good things like I enjoyed the fighting system, the style and graphics, some story parts and my hot man Gladiolus

Dude was working on the game for a looong while, had to fight to get the game to be a main FF title

Then they kick him out from the project, replace him

And then they put him up as a director for ff7r and he didn't even know that until the game was actually announced

If it’s a game I know I’ll enjoy and not regret I don’t mind going digital, especially since it saves me a good bit not having to pay taxes on digital

But if it’s something I care about like pokemon I’ll go physical to keep that collection going

Switch games are also like the only games where buying physical still makes sense, because usually the full game is on the cart. Unlike Xbox and PlayStation which are just cd keys at this point.

Honestly the huge split in player base between Hifi Rush and Forspoken is easy to explain, even when you ignore the glaring problems that the latter obviously has.
One runs on a potato, the other one requires you to buy a new state of the art gaming PC with the correct (according to the game devs) graphics card to even start playing it and you still probably couldn't run it on ultra.

Giving it the vibes of a bootleg Marvel movie, with regular Marvel movies already being kinda ass :^)

The team is mostly made of Dice devs that left before BF2042

One of the co-founders on Embark was Dice's president and they've been working on this and on Arc Raiders

If I recall correctly, it's 4 teams of 3 on smaller maps where it's apparently all fully destructible

They said they got that to run server side instead of client side so it shouldn't fry your pc i guess

Damn GameStar (big German gaming website) gave it 78/100 they cut 10 points away because the PC performance is so horrible
