VIP Sports Car headlights disappear on camera zoom-out with skins applied

Bug Description: Vehicle headlights disappear when zooming out the camera perspective while any skin from the vehicle customization pass is applied to the VIP blue sports car. Up close, the headlights render normally.

Date: July 18, 2026

Reproduction Steps:

1. Spawn the VIP blue sports car.
2. Apply any skin from the vehicle customization pass.
3. Zoom out the camera perspective slightly (one headlight disappears).
4. Zoom out the camera further (both headlights disappear).
