It used to make you watch an ad to get a free 30-minute gamepass, but it says it's not available. Yesterday, it would teleport you to a portal, let you into the game and give you a gamepass, but today it makes you watch an ad and I see the not available message.

This happened to me too, but I'm hoping this feature comes back in the next update!
