I already said circus but an estate where it's a circus tent with a room of magic mirrors and a tight rope at the top of the tent would be cool +for this update an additional free version with the people who don't own estate but it's a smaller version that includes less stuff like no magic mirror room or such and the free version is a circus tent with maybe a ball and some other things but it doesn't have as much as the estate. Having a free version will make people want to buy the estate version to get the better version of it and everyone loves clowns/jesters so this would be a pretty popular update I believe also added to the box item I forgot what it's called but a new part where it's just circus items you could put down like maybe a small elephant that's a bit larger than a horse and circus ball ect. Also could happen to do with something to do with Brookhaven lore like people would run away not wanting to be in the agency and lived a secret life as clowns or entertainers or whatever you guys want🤡🎪
