i guess this could be a great idea, yet a bad one at the same time.

how would it work though? would it only work in private servers? i don't get it, lol.

Ah yes. The peaceful game of Brookhaven RP. You can drive from your home to a party, meet some new friends and have to find another server because a tornado ruins your roleplay. Bad idea. 0/10.
