Destroyed map fountain cars and alot

I have a bug that when enter brookhaven the fountain looks destroyed the lamborghini that was premium.

the fountain looks broke probably because you set graphics too high and someone swim on fountains

and it also can happened when cars smash

theyll probably gonna fix this soon
