We need a bunker, with alarms with red lights and sound (that gets activated in the control room), sleeping quarters (atleast 8 beds and 1 bathroom), control room, Commander office (with the safe), armory, security checkpoint (at the entrance), canteen, holding cells (2 or 3), and a theater to make announces, and this should all be in a mountain in the estate plot, and inside of it there are all of these things
