Hello,
I've been enjoying Shop Titans for about 4–5 months and would like to share some feedback.
One issue that frequently affects my experience on mobile is that the game often reloads when I briefly switch to another app. For example, if I reply to a message or check something for a few seconds and then return to Shop Titans, the game has to load again. This can be frustrating during regular play. If there is a way to improve background app handling on mobile devices, it would greatly improve the user experience.
I would also like to suggest adding a friend system and private messaging. While guild chat is useful, being able to add friends and communicate directly with other players would make social interactions much easier. I believe this would especially help new players, strengthen the community, and encourage players to log in more often to stay connected with their friends.
