#sound when sound should be off

i have sound and music off, but somehow when i am selling i have music playing and honestly it's annoying. i've tried the old and true turning it off and then back on again on several fronts it's still there. actually now that i have all noise off the gear i've made is also making sound. i have noise off bc i get over stimulated and would like for it to do the thing it says it's going to do
